I don’t know how you would do it but a real downtown needs to be created somehow. Love the feel of historical downtowns.

Improve appearance of the Family Dollar plaza.

Create a bike/walking path from the shops on the North side of 63 to the park on the South side with a method to cross 63 safely.

Add some sort of SAFE pedestrian/bike crossing or bridge across main and 63.

At this point the region is oversaturated with retail. All it is doing is moving from exit to exit based on latest development.

Trees, trees, trees!

The disc golf there's isn't many around us and I love we have a good mid range course so close to down town!

Better pay ground in the park compared to other surrounding areas we are definitely falling very short and often travel to other areas

More sit down restraunts, maybe small brewery type place but an area with multiple would be perfect it's exhausting having mostly fast food.

A pool or splash pad I would prefer a full aquatic center but if needed a small splash pad for children will do!

Community center is much needed we have to travel to near by communities and pay double the price for not being a resident...

Drop the speed limit on 63. Curb and plant trees along the median from 63 to rout 4.

A sound barrier along 63! Truck traffic has increased dramatically & is impacting the small town feel for residents along our main street

A shuttle to Reds, Bengals, and FC Cincy games. Putt-putt. Pickle ball courts. A weekend food truck day. Live music.

A pharmacy like cvs, discount drug mart or Walgreens! Also a coffee shop.

I would love to see a H60 Blackhawk near the veterans memorial. Every branch uses the H60. I’d be willing to do the legwork to make it happe

A community center with a indoor & outdoor pool, and a large meeting space. The old high school location would be perfect.

I would like to see the sidewalk from downtown extended to Monroe Meadows

We need a Community Center with an indoor walking track. Surrounding communities have them, but Monroe has none, we don't even have YMCA.
